I have been going to BluPrint for a year and a half now and love it! Yes, I *love* working out now. I like it so much, I even go on the weekends now.
The coaches and other athletes at Bluprint are very positive and encouraging. Byron and Janelle have built a great community at this gym. Having coaches that are enthusiastic makes a difference. After a day at work, going to the gym helps me not only physically, but mentally too.
First and foremost, is a focus on form. This is so important. I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years and it took a while to find ones who know proper form to both increase power and avoid injury. The slightest changes to a position make a huge difference. Before each workout, the coaches go through the form for every movement, further reinforcing it.
Coach Byron creates workouts that are mixed and never get boring. All workouts have variations in case you haven't yet mastered a skill. It is a non-intimidating environment, with athletes at all different levels. I cannot stress the last part enough. If you've never done Cross-fit, this is the place to go to learn and have fun doing it!
Bonus: the gym is also clean and organized. It's nice to always find weights in the right place!
